Open Mindful Meditation Morning
On a regular basis I offer Mindfulness & Meditation Morning session from 10.00 - 11.30 am.
These mornings are open mornings for people to attend and to experience the practice of mindfulness & meditation. Every session has a different mix of awareness and mindfulness exercises.
